Yes. I think so. Could be confused with Prasinocyma ocyptera but this moth gas a green not whitish head or 'face', has no hint of lineation on the forewings and lacks the general cover of white 'stribulae; (*Moths of Vicoria key) which P. ocyoptera shows. C. germana was introduced frim South Australia to contril African Boneseed,

While not providing an answer, I do not believe it is Comostolopsis germana which has faint wavy lines and a discal spot. It was introduced into Australia to control Groundsel which is mostly on the coast though it has been recorded from Chinchilla.
