We've just deployed a very important mobile update for the NatureMapr app on both Android and iOS. This version is 3.3.7 and will be available within the next 24 hours for both platforms.
This update includes a new Help feature for users who might be experiencing issues with the app that lets you completely clear/reset the app's underlying database, so that you know you are starting with a clean, reliable slate. This is because we noticed issues on many devices where old, corrupt versions of the app's database were being automatically backed up and restored by both Android OS and iOS, even after users had upgraded to newer versions of the app.
If you experience any kind of issues with the app not working or not being able to record sightings, we need to know about it, so please let me know by completing a Technical Support request in the About menu of this web site.
